General info

  • CHECK-IN 3-10 p.m.

  • Indoor pool and infrared sauna are located in building C.

  • Enclosed parking for buildings A, B – 100 CZK / night

  • Enclosed parking for buildings C, D, E – free

  • Laundry service available for long-term guests (price list at reception).

  • Pets allowed only in buildings A-B (small dogs only), fee: 300 CZK / night

  • Extra bed: 400 CZK / night

  • Baby cot: 200 CZK / night

  • Children under 4 years stay for free.

Conference services

  • Conference room rental: 300 - 500 CZK/hour, over 5 hours - price negotiable 

  • Provision of refreshments during conferences according to individuals. requests (coffee break, lunch, dinner)

More information for groups

  • 14 days before arrival, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the estimated price

  • additional payment within 14 days after the end of the stay

  • the deposit is considered paid on the day it is credited to our account (in exceptional situations, cancellation charges and conditions can be agreed individually)

Cancellation Policy

Valid from August 1, 2024

  • Cancellation 10–8 days before arrival: 30% fee.

  • Cancellation 7–4 days before arrival: 50% fee.

  • Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% fee.

  • Shortening the length of stay follows the same cancellation conditions as a full cancellation.

For group reservations:

  • Cancellation 10–6 days before arrival: 50% of the unoccupied (canceled) capacity.

  • Cancellation 5–0 days before arrival: 100% of the unoccupied (canceled) capacity.

In case of no-show without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the accommodation cost.
